Partner programme terms

These terms apply to the Toothfully referral partner programme. By applying you agree to them.

Joining

We approve partners who work with dental practices. We may decline an application, or end a partnership, at our discretion.

Referrals

A practice counts as your referral when it claims its page using your link or code, and wasn’t already a paying Toothfully customer. If more than one partner or practice refers the same practice, the first recorded referral counts. You can’t earn commission on a practice you own or work for.

Commission

You earn a percentage of each payment a referred practice makes for Verified Reviews, excluding VAT and after discounts: 30% of payments in the first 12 months after its first payment, then 10% for as long as it remains a paying customer and you remain a partner in good standing. Your rates are shown in your dashboard. We may change rates for future referrals with 30 days’ notice; rates for practices already referred won’t go down unless you break these terms.

Commission becomes available 30 days after each payment. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is cancelled or deducted from future earnings.

Payment

We pay available commission by bank transfer each month once your balance is £50 or more. You’re responsible for your own tax. If you’re VAT registered, send us a VAT invoice for each payout.

Rules

  • Only contact practices you have a genuine relationship with, and follow UK marketing law (including PECR). No spam, bought lists or cold texts.
  • Never offer, promise or arrange anything to do with reviews or ratings, and never involve patients. Rewards are only for practices subscribing.
  • Don’t say you are Toothfully or act on our behalf, and don’t bid on our name in search advertising.
  • Don’t make claims about our service that aren’t on our website.

If you break these rules we may end your partnership and withhold commission connected with the breach.

Ending

You can leave at any time. We can end the programme or your partnership with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a breach. Commission already earned on payments made before the end date will be paid.
